Pita Bread

These pita breads are so much fun to make and eat and they're not that difficult to make either. The little girl did the rolling.


While I put them in the very hot oven. They puff up in a couple of minutes and ours were done in about 3mins.


They turned out beautifully light and much more robust than the store bought pita breads ... oh, and they don't taste like cardboard. Ours easily held a couple of falafels, some yoghurt and a fairly wet salad with no dramas.
