I wasn't sure how falafels would go down with the family but I love them so I figured we'd give them a go.  Well they were a hit, especially with Hubby who is usually a meat eater all the way. One thing if you do decide to make them make sure that you give them a firm squeeze together before tossing them in the oil, I had a couple that disintegrated into crumbs. Served with our homemade pita bread, yoghurt and salad. The salad was just tomatoes, flat-leafed parsley, cucumber and red onion tossed with some lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt.
