Things we do in the summer holidays #1

Every year we pack up and head down to my parents place at Pt Lonsdale for the summer holidays. This will be the first of a series of posts of all the things we get up to.

Do Jigsaws. I remember so many summers as kids where we all worked together as a family on a jigsaw that was recently arrived under the tree.  This year the tradition was reborn ... with Little Girl receiving jigsaw from Santa.  We all worked on it but she had a the special job of finishing the last section and getting the first look at the completed puzzle with the 3D glasses.

Go to the beach on windy, rainy sub-twenty degree days because it's nippers.

Check out the quirky garden and have a quick game of bowls at Oakdene winery before a yummy dinner.
