Crash Hot Potatoes

A recipe by Australian cook Jill Dupleix all the way via Pioneer Woman ... talk about going the long way round.


I served them up with rissoles and bean and tomato salad.  Yummy and a hit with the kids.  Hubby had a bit of a chuckle watching me crush the potatoes and getting them all stuck up in the masher ... a little messy.
